Update Gas Network Upgrades - Shottendane Road Margate

Shottendane Road Margate - Update - Thursday 27 August

The road closure will be removed, and permanent traffic lights will be switched on, at 4pm on Sunday 30 August, after which, this phase of our work will be completed.

Due to some issues with a cable fault near our gas pressure regulator infrastructure, our engineers will need to return to finish some network connections at a later date. This is likely not to take place until Summer 2027 and will involve a lane closure. More details will be provided here once confirmed.
