Openreach - Temporary Road Closure - Manston Court Road, Margate - 1st December 2025 (Thanet District)

Due to works planned to be undertaken by Openreach, it will be necessary to close part of Manston Court Road, Margate, from 1st December 2025 with estimated completion by 3rd December 2025.

Manston Court Road, Margate, will be closed from Manston Cottages to the junction of Valley Road, between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 only, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternative route for any through traffic is via Vincent Road, Manston Road, B2050 Manston Road East, Manston Court Road and vice versa.

The alternative route for any HGV through traffic is via Manston Court Road, B2050 Manston Road, A256 Haine Road, A256 New Haine Road, A256 Haine Road, Star Lane Link, Star Lane and vice versa.

Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while allowing fibre works to be carried out, works are undertaken by Openreach.
