Join us at our next customer drop in event and have your questions answered!
We'd like to invite you to our next 'Your Water Matters' drop in event on Wednesday 11 March at Cliftonville Community Centre, St Pauls Road, Margate CT9 2DB.
We'll be there from 1.30pm to 6.30pm to answer your questions and update you on the improvements and investments we’re making in the area. We’d love to see you, even if you can only pop in for a few minutes.
Drop by and have a chat with our team
We'll have senior leaders and teams from across the business ready to listen to your concerns and tell you more about:
- How we're spending money in your area to improve the resilience of our network, now and into the future
- Financial support available if you're struggling to pay your bill
- What we're doing to save water, future proof our network and the small changes you can make in your home to save both water and money
- The nature based solutions we're introducing to reduce the number of storm overflow releases
- What's being done to prevent blockages, pollutions and flooding in your area
- How we're finding and fixing illegal sewer connections that cause pollutions
