Important update – Thanet water supply

Good evening

There have been no interruptions to supply in Thanet today and all customers are receiving water as normal.

Bottled water deliveries for customers on our Priority Services Register (PSR) will finish tonight.

Our bottled water stations remain closed but on standby, in case we need to reopen at short notice. Customers should continue to check our website for the latest updates and to see whether we have opened any bottled water stations.

We're continuing to ask customers to use water wisely. We’ve sent an email to customers in Kent today with water saving tips, and any help in sharing this message would be much appreciated. Water-saving tips are on our website.
