Important update – Thanet water supply

Good morning

Our water supply sites across Thanet have continued to run overnight and all customers remain in supply, as normal.

We’re also continuing to top up our water network with tankers, so if you are contacted by residents who query why tankers are being used, please note this is a precautionary measure to help with our recovery.

Priority Services Register

Precautionary bottled water deliveries for those on our Priority Services Register (PSR) started on Sunday and will continue throughout today. We are delivering to a large number of customers, and we are doing this as quickly as possible.

Customers who need support can sign up to our priority register via our website or by calling 0330 303 0368.

Bottled water stations

Our two bottled water stations also reopened today at 8am. These stations are for all customers to use and are located at:

• Tesco Superstore, Manston Road, Ramsgate, CT12 6NT
• Manston Airfield, Manston Road, CT12 5BL.

Please use water wisely

While the very hot continues today, we’re asking customers to use water wisely. Water-saving tips are on our website and your support in sharing this messaging is appreciated.
