Rule 13 – Notification of Hearings

Dear Sir / Madam,

Please find below a link to a letter from the Examining Authority (ExA) that has been published on the National Infrastructure Planning website.

The letter provides notification of the following events which will all be blended events at Excel London, Ufford Park (Suffolk), Discovery Park (Kent) and virtually via Microsoft Teams:
· Tuesday 24 March 2026 at 10:00am – Open floor hearing 3 (OFH3)
· Wednesday 25 March 2026 at 10:00am – Compulsory acquisition hearing 2 (CAH2)
· Wednesday 25 March 2026 at 2:00pm and Thursday 26 March 2026 and Friday 27 March 2026 at 10:00am – Issue specific hearing 3 (ISH3)

The letter also includes other important information about the hearing(s) including details about how to make a request to be heard and the procedure that will be followed at the hearing(s).
