Please find enclosed the poster for our upcoming charity pantomime, The Far Fetched Fable of Fanny
Folkly, taking place at Taylor Hall, St Lawrence College, Ramsgate, from Wednesday 19th to
Saturday 21st February 2026.
The Police Pantomime Group, founded in 1998 by former officers Alan Davison and Ken Pickett,
began with a one-off performance at the Theatre Royal, Margate in January 1999. Featuring serving
officers from Thanet who volunteered their time and talents, the show was a tremendous successboth
in entertainment and in charitable fundraising.
Now in its 27th year, the pantomime continues to support local causes. This year, we are proud to
be raising funds for:
• Cats in Crisis - Thanet
• Guide Dogs for the Blind
• League of Friends at QEQM Hospital
We would be grateful if you could display the attached poster on your notice board to help raise
awareness of the event. If your team or association would like to attend, we are pleased to offer a
