THE FOLLOWING ROADWORKS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED:

Openreach - Temporary Road Closure - Manston Court Road, Margate - 4th March 2026 (Thanet District)

Due to works planned to be undertaken by Openreach, it will be necessary to close part of Manston Court Road, Margate, from 4th March 2026 with estimated completion by 6th March 2026.

Manston Court Road, Margate, will be closed from the junction of Valley Road for approximately 635m in a Southerly direction, between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 only, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternative route for any through traffic is via Manston Court Road, Star Lane, Star Lane Link, Star Lane, A254 Margate Road, A254 Pearce Signs Roundabout, A256 Haine Road, A256 New Haine Road, A256 Haine Road, B2050 Manston Road, Preston Road and vice versa.

Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while allowing fibre works to be carried out, works are undertaken by Openreach.
