Please find below a link to a letter from the Examining Authority (ExA) that has been published on the National Infrastructure Planning website.

The letter provides notification of the following events at the Excel London and virtually via Microsoft Teams or at either of the Suffolk and Kent satellite venues (Ufford Park and Discovery Park):

· Tuesday 27 January 2026 10:00am: Compulsory Acquisition Hearing (ISH2)

· Wednesday 28, Thursday 29 and Friday 30 January 2026 10:00am: Issue Specific Hearing 2 (ISH2)

The letter also includes other important information about the hearing(s) including details about how to make a request to be heard and the procedure that will be followed at the hearing(s).
