If you have any comments about the proposed changes, you can make a representation to the Planning Inspectorate. Any representation relating to the Change Request must be submitted on a registration form. The registration form can be found via the Planning Inspectorate's dedicated Sea Link page: national-infrastructure-consenting.planninginspectorate.gov.uk/projects/EN020026.
